PROCESSING TIMES

Most items are made to order. 

Processing time varies by product and is shown within the listing.

• Standard processing time: 1-2 working days (excl. weekends)

• Some items have a longer 5-7 working day lead time, and will be mentioned in the product page.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

SHIPPING METHOD​

We ship with Royal Mail using the following methods:

​

• Tracked 48: 2-3 working days from ship date

• Tracked 24: 1-2 working days from ship date

• Special Delivery: Next working day from ship date

• International orders are always sent tracked. Delivery times vary by destination.

Once dispatched, delays caused by couriers or customs are unfortunately outside our control. But we'll always help when we can.
