PROCESSING TIMES

Most items are made to order. 

Processing time varies by product and is shown within the listing. 

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

PRODUCT CARE

Every Created. piece is made to order, so slight variations are normal.

Handle with care, especially when removing from packaging. 

Products are decorative and delicate, use thoughtfully to keep them looking their best.

(Cake toppers, charms, dried flowers and baby keepsakes each have a short description care note in the item pages for safety)

PERSONALISATION

We create your wording exactly as submitted. Please double check spelling, dates and formatting before checkout. We can't edit once production begins. 

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We have a fast turnaround time so we cannot always guarantee that items can be changed or cancelled after order. Once production starts, changes may not be possible.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because many items are personalised or made to order, they're not eligible for return unless faulty. 

If something arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours

  2. Include photos of product AND packaging

  3. We'll replace or refund where appropriate

Non-personalised items may be returned unused in original packaging within 14 days (buyer covers the return postage)​

SUSTAINABILITY & PACKAGING

Where possible, we use recyclable and reusable packaging and keep waste to a minimum, without compromising product protection.
