PLACING AN ORDER

​

Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Please check personalisation details carefully, we create exactly as written.

PROCESSING & DELIVERY

​

Processing times vary by product and are shown on each listing. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to external factors. We are not responsible for courier delays.

PERSONALISED & MADE TO ORDER ITEMS

These items are created especially for you and cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun, unless faulty.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because many items are personalised or made to order, they're not eligible for return unless faulty. 

​

If something arrives damaged or incorrect:

​

1. Contact us within 48 hours

2. Include photos of product AND packaging

3. We'll replace or refund where appropriate

​

Non-personalised items may be returned unused in original packaging within 14 days (buyer covers the return postage)​
