Please handle with care when removing from packaging and positioning on your cake. These items are decorative and should be used thoughtfully to ensure longevity and best results.

Processing vs Shipping (Important)
Processing time is the time it takes for us to make your order.
Shipping time is separate and begins after your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping Options

• Tracked 48: Estimated 2–3 working days from dispatch.
• Tracked 24: Estimated 1–2 working days from dispatch.
• Special Delivery: Next working day from dispatch.

Delays with Royal Mail or customs are unfortunately outside of our control, but we will always help where we can.

International Shipping

• All international orders are tracked.
• Delivery time varies by country.
• Any customs/import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Personalised / Made-to-Order Items
Because these are custom-made, we're unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Non-personalised items
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can help quickly. If something has gone wrong, we will always do our best to make it right.
